AREA 1

Circle Way: A caller reported people smoking on the beach at Crescent Bay North at 12:27 p.m. Friday.

Cliff Drive: A caller reported two people having sex at Heisler Park at 12:37 p.m. Friday.

North Coast Highway: A caller reported someone stole a bottle of tequila from the Pavilions grocery store in the 600 block at 12:38 p.m. Friday. The caller chased the man and got the bottle back.

Circle Way: A caller reported several people were drinking and smoking at Crescent Bay North at 9:36 p.m. Saturday. They reportedly left trash on the beach and threw another bag of trash in the bushes.

Circle Way: A caller reported three men were drinking on the north side of the beach at Crescent Bay North at 1:11 p.m. Sunday.

AREA 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A caller reported the men’s restroom at the Act V parking lot had graffiti on the wall in the 1900 block at 10:15 a.m. Friday.

AREA 3

Treetop Lane: A caller reported a homeless person was setting up camp at Top of the World Elementary School in the 21600 block at 6:04 p.m. Friday.

Forest Avenue: Two men and one woman were reportedly drinking and bothering customers near Fresh Produce in the 200 block at 7:17 p.m. Friday.

AREA 4

North Coast Highway: A caller reported someone tried to use a counterfeit $100 bill at the Shell gas station in the 1300 block at 12:02 p.m. Friday.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported her clothes were taken from a laundromat in the 1000 block at 9:12 p.m. Friday. The caller went to change and when she returned her clothes were gone. Estimated loss is $1,300 worth of clothes.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported someone shot El Ranchito customers with a pellet gun in the 1300 block at 9:22 p.m. Friday. No injuries were reported.

South Coast Highway: A caller reported a purse was stolen from the back seat of her car in the 1000 block at 11:46 a.m. Saturday. The car’s windows were down at the time the purse was reported stolen.

9th Avenue and Coast Highway: A caller reported a heavy-set man was trying to break into cars at 2:12 p.m. Friday.

Coast Highway: A caller reported petty theft in the 30800 block at 11:26 a.m. Monday. The caller reported locks to a shed were cut off and used grease was taken.
