Canyon lofts to be presented

Developer Paul Gonzalez is hosting an open house to showcase his planned project, “Canyon Lofts,” in Laguna Canyon.

The proposed project will be a mixed-use development integrating “green and sustainable” design concepts with artist live-work units, a commercial component, and on-site affordable housing, according to Gonzalez.

“The units are designed specifically to meet the needs of the artist community in a unique canyon setting,” Gonzalez said.

The public is invited to attend the presentation of conceptual drawings and discussion from 10 a.m. to noon April 25, at the site, 2825 Laguna Canyon Road.
