Abuse At Chester Mental Hospital, In Chester, Illinois

For 20 plus years, a young man, named David Poole, has been abused, by the security guards at Chester Mental Health Center, along with other patients there.

The administrators there, is involved in this COVER UP of ABUSE, for they aren’t taking the necessary steps to put a stop to it.

Whenever the patients file complaints(that is, IF they are allowed to), the time frame for filing is intentionally missed.

By the time they arrive at the doctors, the injury is healed and the 60 day time frame that the facility works within, has passed, warranting the chance for the “Human Rights” advocate for the patients, to mark their complaints as, “UNFOUNDED”.

At that point, CMHC, is in the clear for getting away with rationalizing their ill behavior against the patients.

Equip For Equality, is suppose to be the coalition to help the patients, but not enough from them is done either.

The psychiatrist, nurses, security guards and the office administrators, are all together, in damaging the brains of the patients, by (in some cases), FORCING them to take drugs, that are either not serving the purpose or is the wrong drug for them, for many are misdiagnosed. They crying out for help, but the security guards are simp[ly ignoring their cries.

The ABUSE there is horriffic and MORE needs to be done to help them.

The spokes person, Mr. Green, is denying all allegations, YET, the patients families have photos of there abuses.

I’ve learned(from doing my own studies, because I’m Certified), that one of the drugs(NAVANE), causes disfigument to a persons face and if taken for a long period of time, will case paralysis.

Another patient(X), who was also a patient there(rodneyyoder.com), family SUED them, WON their suit, was RELEASED on January 11, 2005 and tok his story to 20/20 news .

There are also other patients who has informed I, that they KNOW that this is the truth about this facility, for THEY, have and still is going through similar changes with these same guards.

They ALSO have stories to tell about CMHC.

Another facility, MERRILLVILLE, was closed down(before it was reopened under “NEW” management), for the same reason;ABUSE on the patients,;sexual abuse, included.

Mr. Yoder and my brother, Mr. David Poole, sends the same message for help, which, in their words are, “PLEASE SEND HELP”.

Mr. Poole, was simply attempting to return home from school, as many children do today, when he was accosted by BULLIES. That is where his troubles started.

Approximately 2 1/2 years ago, he was doing so well, that he was put on the list with 6 other patients, to be transferred OUT, but they started up their munipulating again, because the administrators allow it.

This facility, is located in Chester, Illinois. It’s an extention of Menard Correctional Facility. It’s where they house the inmates who has had some sort of mental breakdown.(mind you, many of the patients, has been RAPED, by other inmates and security guards at Menard, Pontiac, etc.)

PLEASE SEND HELP for these patients for they even have rights, which are being violated, on a dailey bases.
