Area 1

Cliff Drive: A citation was issued for drinking in public in the 200 block at 11:11 a.m. Sunday.

Myrtle Street: A cab driver reported that a man tried to pay a $7 fare with a bag of chips at Cypress Drive at 11:41 p.m. Monday.

North Coast Highway: A Riverside man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being stopped for swerving at Chiquita Street at 3:32 p.m. Jan. 1.

Reef Point Drive: A Costa Mesa woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at North Coast Highway at 1:50 a.m. Saturday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A Rancho Santa Margarita man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after being found sitting on the ground with a beer in the 2900 block at 11:29 p.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: An Aliso Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 600 block at 2:12 a.m. Sunday.

Laguna Canyon Road: Lights were reported smashed at a gallery in the 3000 block, a loss of $400, at 1:59 p.m. Monday.

Area 3

Broadway: A homeless man was cited for drinking in public in the 300 block at 3:54 p.m. Sunday.

Park Avenue: A person was arrested on suspicion of being an under-aged drinking driver in the 600 block at 2:54 a.m. Jan. 1.

Skyline Drive: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after reportedly hitting two vehicles, swerving and driving on the wrong side of the road at Park Avenue at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach woman was issued a citation for drug possession after a traffic stop in the 600 block at 1:47 a.m. Dec. 31.

South Coast Highway: A woman was taken to Mission Hospital Laguna Beach after she reportedly took sleeping pills in a suicide attempt at Main Beach near the basketball courts at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday.

Area 4

Balboa Avenue: A $2,000 computer was reported stolen in the 700 block at 2:34 p.m. Dec. 31.

Ocean Front: A homeless man was arrested on warrants at Cress Street beach at 5:25 p.m. Saturday.

Ocean Way: A purse valued at $410 was reported stolen from a bedroom in the 2000 block at 2:04 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A woman and man from Los Angeles were arrested after a fight in a bar in the 1400 block at 1:08 a.m. Dec. 30.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 1000 block at 1:59 a.m. Dec. 30.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 1200 block at 11:16 p.m. Dec. 31.

South Coast Highway: An artist reported a theft after someone purchased $9,000 worth of paintings in May and canceled a credit card purchase for the items and then refused to pay for them in the 1300 block at 1:52 p.m. Monday.

Area 5

Coast Highway: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public at Vista del Sol at 10:06 a.m. Saturday.

Coast Highway: $1,132 in cash was reported stolen from an office in the 31000 block 9:30 a.m. Monday.
