Hearing delayed for waitress accused of selling drugs
The pretrial hearing for a waitress and a man accused of selling cocaine at a downtown Huntington Beach restaurant and bar has been continued to Sept. 27, according to court records.
Brynn Ashley Boucher, 24, and Victor Mac Davis, 29, were arrested in May following a six-month investigation into Killarney Pub & Grill, where Boucher worked and allegedly sold the cocaine.
Boucher sold cocaine three times in March, April and May to undercover officers from the Huntington Beach Police Department, Lt. Russell Reinhart has said.
Police launched the investigation along with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control in response to heavy alcohol-related arrests and crimes linked to various bars in downtown, Reinhart has said.
