Area 1

Lower Cliff Drive: A person reported that at least three homeless people were drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana near their front door in the 200 block at 3:41 p.m. Feb. 16.

Cliff Drive: A man was reportedly near the lawn bowling area saying “f*** the rich” in the 400 block at 6:27 p.m. Feb. 17. A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and for suspected public intoxication.

Boat Canyon: A Cerritos man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 12:40 p.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A Nevada man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 800 block at 5:58 p.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A hit-and-run was reported in the 1000 block at 2:34 p.m. Tuesday. A Lake Forest woman admitted to hitting the vehicle and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. She had two prior DUI arrests.

North Coast Highway: A person reported that a man was lying on the ground in their driveway in the 400 block at 8:56 p.m. Tuesday.

San Tropez Court: A person reported that someone was using their Internet to gain information about them in the 200 block at 5:57 p.m. Feb. 16.

Area 3

Temple Hills Drive: A skateboarder reportedly dislocated a shoulder in the 1100 block at 10:47 p.m. Feb. 16.

Alta Laguna: A burglary was reported in the 3200 block at 5:01 a.m. Feb. 17.

Ocean Avenue: A warrant arrest was reported near Beach Street at 10:38 a.m. Feb. 17.

Forest Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 300 block at 1:44 p.m. Sunday.

Catalina Street: A Carlsbad man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:22 a.m. Sunday.

St. Ann’s Drive: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Park Avenue at 9:42 p.m. Wednesday.

Area 4

South Coast Highway: Five men were reportedly “howling” in the 1100 block at 2:09 a.m. Saturday.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A Kansas man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 300 block at 6:27 p.m. Saturday.

Mountain Road: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Coast Highway at 12:13 a.m. Sunday.

Cress Street: A Downey man was arrested on suspicion of DUI near Coast Highway at 12:41 a.m. Sunday.

Oak Street: A physical fight was reported at 2:14 a.m. Sunday. A Laguna Hills man and an Irvine man were both arrested for disturbing the peace.

Flora Street: A deer was reported in the 500 block at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday. It did not cause damage and appeared to be young.

Ninth Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 31900 block at 6:18 p.m. Feb. 16.

Nyes Place: A hit-and-run was reported near Coast Highway at 7:38 p.m. Wednesday. A Newport Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI and held on $10,000 bail.
