DAISEY, Laurie Wylot

Passed away peacefully at home in Huntington Beach, CA on July 23, 2013,after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Survived by loving husband, Bob Daisey, devoted parents, George and Lorraine Wylot, dear brother, Greg Wylot and sisters Maureen Fried(Donald), Marla Swift(Patrick), and Mary Boughton(Bill.) Laurie was the best aunt ever to Richard(Michele), Logan, Alex, Rachel, Billy, Kyle, Kari, and great nieces Reese and River, and a cherished friend to many. Born in Burbank, CA June 15, 1956, lived in Granada Hills, CA. Attended St. John Baptist de la Salle school and Bishop Alemany High. Married Bob Daisey April 16, 1983. Retired this year from the F.B.I. after 37 years of service. She was dedicated to the fight against breast cancer and participated in many 3-Day Walks. Laurie was an animal lover who treasured her yellow Lab, Emmi. She touched everyone with her generosity and kind heart and was loved deeply by us all.
