Area 1

Cliff Drive: Citations were issued after two men and a woman were reported drinking alcohol in the 200 block on Oct. 1.

Cliff Drive: A sick mouse or rat was taken into custody in the 500 block at 9:34 a.m. Saturday.

Cliff Drive: Two drug-related citations were issued in the 300 block of Heisler Park at 3:15 p.m. Saturday.

Cliff Drive: A man was issued a drug-related citation in the 300 block at 8:45 p.m. Saturday.

Cypress Drive: Four credit cards were reported opened in a woman’s name without her knowledge in the 400 block at 1:01 p.m. Saturday.

Locust Street: A fire was reported in a garage in the 300 block at 8:46 p.m. and was reported extinguished at 8:54 p.m.

North Coast Highway: A stolen credit card was reported at a gas station in the 100 block at 3:11 p.m. Sept. 30.

North Coast Highway: A three-vehicle collision with no injuries was reported in the 1000 block at 6:08 p.m. Sept. 30.

North Coast Highway: A purse was reported stolen from a pool area at a motel in the 900 block at 8:58 a.m. Sunday.

Reef Point: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 2:50 a.m. Sunday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: An injured person was taken to Mission Hospital Laguna Beach after a four or five-vehicle collision in the 800 block at 6:03 p.m. Sept. 30.

Laguna Canyon Road: A hole was reported cut in a fence to a drainage ditch in the 2000 block at 12:05 p.m. Monday.

Area 3

Alta Vista Way: A gas line was reported possibly broken after a truck hit a wall in the 400 block at 9:29 a.m. Sept. 30.

Cleo Street: A 29-year-old man on a skateboard was reported bleeding from his hands and chin after a collision with a vehicle in the 300 block at 3:04 p.m. Sept. 30.

El Paseo: A 40-year-old woman sought treatment for a bee sting in the 300 block at 3:24 p.m. Monday.

Forest Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public in the 200 block at 4:53 p.m. Saturday.

Forest Avenue: A citation was issued to a homeless person for an alcohol violation in the 200 block at 7:58 p.m. Saturday.

Laguna Avenue: A Costa Mesa man was arrested on a drug-related charge in the 200 block at 11:28 a.m. Saturday.

Ocean Avenue: A Newport Coast woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Beech Street at 11:54 p.m. Oct. 2.

South Coast Highway: A kayaker who was reported to be drifting out to sea off the 500 block of the beach was determined to be OK at 6:53 p.m. Sept. 30.

South Coast Highway: $1,900 was reported stolen from a PayPal account at a gallery in the 500 block at 10:24 a.m. Sunday.

South Coast Highway: A homeless man was issued a citation in the 100 block at 11:40 a.m. Sunday.

Temple Hills Drive: A woman reported $863.71 in fraudulent charges after she lost her debit card in the 1800 block at 10:27 a.m. Oct. 2.

Temple Hills Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Thalia Street at 1:42 a.m. Sunday.

Area 4

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Carmelita Street at 2:57 p.m. Saturday.

Glenneyre Street: A purse was reported stolen, a $400 loss, in the 1800 block at 6:28 p.m. Sunday.

Mountain Road: A Port Hueneme man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 100 block at 2:01 a.m. Oct. 2.

Oak Street: Tools totaling $12,000 were reported stolen from a construction site in the 500 block at 9:19 a.m. Monday.

Pearl Street: Two lanterns and a lion’s head fountain, totaling $1,000, were reported stolen from a patio in the 300 block at 4:14 p.m. Sept. 30.

South Coast Highway: A man was issued a citation for being under the influence of drugs in the 900 block at 11:34 a.m. Sept. 30.

South Coast Highway: Pumpkins were reported knocked off a wall at a business in the 1300 block at 9:43 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A man accused another man of throwing a cup of coffee at him, causing his head to bleed, at a cafe in the 1400 block at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday.

South Coast Highway: A woman was issued a citation for having an unrestrained child in her car after reportedly swerving in traffic at Nyes Place at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday.

Area 5

Coast Highway: A sea gull with a broken wing was reported in the 31000 block at 2:10 p.m. Saturday.

Coast Highway: A man with a possible spine injury was reported in the 31000 block of Aliso Beach at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Cozumel Court: A $250 camera was reported stolen from a clubhouse in the 100 block at 6:56 p.m. Oct. 1.

La Mirada Street: A bobcat was reported in the 1200 block at 5:55 p.m. Oct. 2.

No. Stonington Road: A $300 bicycle was reported stolen in July in the 00 block at 5:58 p.m. Sunday.

Vista Del Sol: A Laguna Niguel woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 3:07 a.m. Saturday.

Wesley Drive: A homeless man who was lying in bushes at a bus stop was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Coast Highway at 9:59 a.m. Monday.
