Memorial service for Cindy Frazier is Saturday
A celebration of the life of Cynthia “Cindy” Ellen Frazier will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Laguna Woods Village Clubhouse 3, Room 2, 23822 Avenida Sevilla, Laguna Woods.
Cindy, who served as city editor of the Coastline Pilot for nearly eight years, died last month after battling pancreatic cancer for the past year. She was 60.
