Inflatable-boat dealer relocates to Newport Beach

Elco Marine, a dealer of inflatable boats, has moved its business from Santa Ana to Newport Beach, according to an article posted online Monday in the Log newspaper.

Although its central location in Santa Ana was inexpensive, traffic kept gettting worse, Steve Elliott, Elco Marine’s owner, told the Log.

‘Newport Beach is the marine hub — and, thus, what better place to be?” he said. “Time is very impotrant for our customers, so we need to be easily accessible for them — and that means being south of the 405 wall.”

The business was located in Santa Ana for 32 years. Elco Marine’s new address is 877 W. 16^th St., Newport Beach. The phone number is (714) 566-0499.
