Henry ‘Hank’ Martin Blaes 1929 - July, 7 2010

Henry “Hank” Martin Blaes passed away July 7, 2010.

Hank is survived by his loving wife, Nancy, two children, a stepdaughter and five grandchildren. Hank graduated from Rutgers University, N.J. with a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering and spent his career working in the aerospace industry at North American Aviation, Philco-Ford Aeronutronic Division, and the Aerospace Corporation. When Hank retired in 1991, he volunteered at Orange Coast College for almost 20 years as a math and chemistry tutor.

Memorial Service will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Aug. 8 at the Dana Point Yacht Club. In leui of flowers, consider making a donation to one of Hank’s favorite charities, the American Cancer Society or the Boy Scouts of America. Hank was a caring and loving man who will be missed but never forgotten. With heavy hearts, we will carry on, his memory never far from our thoughts.
