Dinner in the Sky

Dinner in the Sky
Dining 180 feet above the Strip with Dinner in the Sky. (Robert R. Fletcher)

Starting this summer, Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas will serve gourmet fare at great heights. For $290 a person, diners are strapped to their seats, hoisted 180 feet into the air and served a three-course meal paired with wines and panoramic views of the Strip. A maitre d' will host eight seatings from 5 to 10 p.m., presiding over a pair of 7-ton tables with room for up to 22 guests. For those who need a little liquid courage, a lounge on the ground pours signature libations.
