Giada is now serving weekend brunch. To celebrate, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis and chef de cuisine Bruno Morabito have created a menu of Italian cuisine with California influences. Two of the delectable newcomers are the lobster hash and the Italian chicken and waffle.
