It’s hard to beat Paris in the summer, but let’s get real: You’re too busy for an intercontinental jaunt right now (and, frankly, you can’t pull off a beret like you used to). But that doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a seasonal libation beneath the Eiffel Tower (or, at least, a reasonable facsimile of the Eiffel Tower). Paris Las Vegas’ newly opened Chateau Nightclub and Gardens is located in a sweet spot, right on the Strip. Sprawled across 45,000 square feet and two stories, Chateau features three separate and distinct environments: a frenetic nightclub highlighted by a 10-foot-tall marble fireplace, a lavish terrace and a rooftop garden. During the day the Chateau Terrace is transformed into a Parisian beer garden that features a huge selection of draft beers, specialty cocktails and a traditional French café menu.
