Dining: db Brasserie
After a four-year absence since the celebrated chef shuttered his eponymous Brasserie at the Wynn, D.B. is back with his brand- spanking-new French eatery. The decor is funkily Art Nouveau-brasserie-throwback, with an exterior clad in travertine limestone panels and, inside, an expansive faux-skylight reminiscent of those in classic Beaux-Arts train stations. Try signature dishes such as pissaladiere and poulet croustillant.
