Two paws up for pet-friendly hotels in Vegas

Next time you head to Vegas with your best bros, don't forget the furry guy -- the one who licks your face to show you how much he loves you and cuddles with you all night long. Your dog.

Vegas is home to several pet-friendly hotels on and near the Las Vegas Strip where dogs are not only allowed but encouraged.

Four Seasons Hotel

Four Seasons gives your pup something exciting to bark about. Fido enjoys lush amenities like specialty pet bottled water and homemade pet biscuits, plus a room service pet menu. After all that eating, your furry friend can take a snooze on a luxury pet bed. This hotel also offers a small walking area, right between Four Seasons and Mandalay Bay.

Pooch limit: One dog weighing 25 pounds or less or two dogs with a combined weight of 25 pounds.

Vdara

The V-Dog program at Vdara allows Fido to enjoy a relaxing experience just like his owners, from lounging in a deluxe suite to taking a pleasant stroll around Memorial Park.

Pooch limit: One dog weighing 70 pounds or less or two dogs with a combined weight of 70 pounds.

Trump

Offering the most in "creature" comforts, Trump has an upscale itinerary for your furry jetsetter. The Trump Pets program includes gourmet treats, a fancy water bowl with bottled water, toys and a plush dog bed. Dog-walking services are available and can be arranged with the hotel's concierge.

Pooch limit: Pups must weigh 25 pounds or less.

LINQ

At the all-new LINQ Hotel & Casino, your dog can cozy up in one of the PetStay rooms. PetStay rooms offer organic dog treats (in fun flavors like peanut butter), a mat, water dishes and disposable waste bags. Dog crate rentals are available upon request. The concierge can also direct guests to nearby pet services, including grooming and vet care.

Besides The LINQ, other participating Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas hotels include Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood, Harrah's, Flamingo, Bally's, Paris Las Vegas and Rio. These hotels all have designated PetStay outdoor and walking areas.

Pooch limit: Two dogs maximum, each 50 pounds or less.

Delano

With Delano's Doggie Delights menu, furry friends have their own pampering menu, including an egg frittata or the "Bark-a-Roni" macaroni and cheese. This pet-friendly Vegas hotel also includes a doggie goodie bag and butler service complete with check-ups and daily walks in the hotel's grassy area.

Pooch limit: Two dogs maximum, each 50 pounds or less.

Rumor

Rumor is the hot spot for puppy socialites. There's a small dog park on site and dog bowls are available at no extra fee. Rumor is widely popular for its Yappy Hour, which reopens Feb. 19, 2015. Every third Thursday of the month from 6 to 9 p.m., pups get free doggy goodie bags, while you enjoy cocktails, "yappatizers" and live DJ music. Fun activities include contests, themed events and prize giveaways.

Pooch limit: Two dogs maximum, weighing a total of 25 pounds (no weight restrictions for the seasonal outdoor Yappy Hour).
