“Cougar Town” star Christa Miller and her husband, show co-creator Bill Lawrence, have put their gated home in Brentwood up for sale at $10.995 million.
The two-story New England farmhouse-inspired residence features coffered ceilings, French door, numerous fireplaces, an office, a gym, six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and 9,551 square feet of living space. The more than three-quarters of an acre of grounds include an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool.
Miller, 48, appeared on “The Drew Carey Show” and “Scrubs,” which her husband created. Lawrence, 44, also co-created “Spin City.”
The couple bought the property in 2008 for $12.6 million, listed it in 2010 at $12.5 million and again in 2011 at $10.95 million.
Hugh Evans of Partners Trust in Brentwood is the listing agent.
