Poppy Montgomery bids adieu to series, Brentwood home
Poppy Montgomery, who starred on the recently canceled series “Unforgettable,” has put a house in Brentwood up for sale at $3.695 million.
Built in 1950, the updated hacienda-style home has a courtyard entry, vaulted beam ceilings and wrought-iron railings. The nearly 3,100 square feet of living space include an office, a library, a center-island kitchen, three fireplaces, three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
French doors open to a terrace with another fireplace and a swimming pool. The quarter-acre lot contains a lawn and vineyards.
Montgomery, 42, starred in the police drama since 2011. She also starred in “Without a Trace” (2002-09).
The actress bought the property a year ago for $3.6 million, public records show.
Clifford Rowe and Andrea Tzadik of Teles Properties are the listing agents.
