Playmate Shanna Moakler of ‘Hollywood Exes’ offers her model home in Calabasas

“Model sharp!” That’s how the real estate listing for Shanna Moakler’s home starts. The model, onetime Playboy Playmate and “Hollywood Exes” costar has listed her Calabasas house at $2.599 million.

Set on a half-acre in a gated community, the showy Mediterranean two-story and detached one-bedroom casita have a portico driveway that leads to a three-car garage. Inside, an elegant foyer has travertine stone flooring.

Could be that the tricked-out kitchen is Moakler’s key to maintaining her model good looks. The kitchen features a breakfast area, granite counters, an island with a sink and a butler’s pantry with a built-in wine cooler.

The living room, family room and master bedroom have fireplaces. There are five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 5,271 square feet of living space.

A wrought-iron staircase leads to the second floor, where loft space can be used for an office or playroom.

Moakler, 40, joined the cast of the reality show “Hollywood Exes” last year. The 1995 Miss USA is the ex-wife of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, whom she starred with on the MTV show “Meet the Barkers” (2005-06). Before that, Moakler was a regular on the drama “Pacific Blue” from 1998 to 2000. She was the December 2001 Playmate of the Month in Playboy magazine.

She bought the property new in 2002 for $1,461,500, according to public records.
