Filipina TV host Sharon Cuneta parts with her home in Calabasas
Filipina actress, singer and television personality Sharon Cuneta has sold her home of six years in a gated Calabasas neighborhood for $2.17 million.
The two-story Traditional, designed for small- and large-scale entertaining, features a two-story foyer, grand formal rooms and a family areas with a wet bar. Coffered ceilings, marble floors, stone fireplaces and detailed wainscoting lend a classic look to the 6,610 square feet of interiors.
The kitchen has a granite-topped island, a breakfast bar and a walk-in pantry. A butler’s pantry sits off the formal dining room.
The master suite has exercise and sitting rooms, his and hers bathrooms and a pair of walk-in closets. There are six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in all.
Glass doors off the main floor reveal a trellis-topped patio, lawns and a swimming pool and spa with a stone waterfall feature. A built-in barbecue sits adjacent to the pool.
Cuneta bought the house in 2010 for $2 million, public records show.

The 50-year-old Cuneta is a prolific entertainer who has appeared in such Philippine motion pictures as “Maging Sino Ka Man” (1991), “Madrasta” (1996) and “Caregiver” (2008). As a singer, she has recorded more than three dozen albums.
She currently hosts the singing competition “Your Face Sounds Familiar” and the daytime talk show “Sharon: Kasama Mo, Kapatid.”
