FILE - 25 OCTOBER, 2012: According to earnings reports, Apple earned $8.67 per share, missing Wall Street's forecast of $8.75. Analysts expected sales of the iPhone 5 to raise apple share to record highs. Despite the missed estimates, Apple remains the world's most valuable public company.
