Update: Actress Khandi Alexander of "CSI: Miami" has sold her Sunset Strip-area home for $2.75 million after it spent about six months on the market.

The four-bedroom, 4 1/2 -bathroom contemporary Mediterranean, built in 1991, has 4,126 square feet of living space. The house has a two-story entry, a three-car garage, five fireplaces and a lap pool.

Public records show that the actress who plays a medical examiner on "CSI: Miami" bought the view home in 2006 for $2.85 million.

Alexander, 51, has played Dr. Alexx Woods since 2002 in the ongoing TV series.

Alex Brunkhorst of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills, represented the seller, and Corinne Allemand of the same office, represented the buyer, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
