Heather Green and Josh Clark

From the moment Josh Clark met Heather Green in 2004, “I knew she was the girl of my dreams,” he said. The problem was, she already had a boyfriend.

A few months later, Green enrolled at USC, where Clark was starting his sophomore year. Her boyfriend was history and the pair began dating occasionally.

Then one night, after a party, he said, “We’re right for each other, we’re going to do this. It’s going to work out.” That changed everything. “He had so much confidence and honesty in his eyes,” she said.

Clark proposed in 2010 at a Napa winery. Green, 24, and Clark, 25, now live in a loft in downtown L.A. She is an auditor forDeloitte & Touche and he is a financial consultant for Cornerstone Research.

They were married July 9 at 7° [“seven degrees”] in Laguna Beach. Both are passionate foodies, so the menu for 170 guests included pork tenderloin with fresh fig reduction, and glazed short ribs.

“We wanted a good meal and we wanted to dance a lot,” Green said.
With a great deejay manning the turntables, it was mission accomplished.
