Three-time Tony host Neil Patrick Harris has got the job down at this point -- or at least his welcome address. We loved how he warmed up the crowd from the onset, opening with a bang. "Welcome to the 66th annual Tony Awards," he said. "Or, as I like to say: '50 Shades of Gay.'" Laughter throughout the crowd. "I had to, I had to," Harris said with a smirk.
