‘Scandal’ Season 3: What the promo photos tell us
A collective shock wave went through the room at the Emmys last week--Kerry Washington didn’t win for “Scandal”! Though we all thought she was a shoo-in after her work on Season 2 of America’s Soapiest Nighttime Political Sex Soap That Ever Was, there’s plenty of time for her to get her revenge when the next season starts at 9 p.m. Thursday on ABC. We took some wild guesses about each character’s upcoming plotlines based on the ridiculous press photos. Warning: Spoilers abound!
