New York Fashion Week spring 2014 - Marchesa
Ashley Greene, Petra Nemcova, Sheryl Crow, Lake Bell and Molly Sims came out Wednesday to see red-carpet favorite Marchesa, designed by Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig.
The inspiration: 1920s and ‘30s glamour.
The look: Pale blush, blue, gold and ivory slip dresses and tea-length dresses in lace and tulle with peekaboo bralettes and and panties, lavish metallic embroidery, silk ribbon, 3-D flowers and dip-dyed feathers.
Highlight: A gown dripping ropes of pearls and the romantic feathers woven into models’ hair.
