Superba Snack Bar in Venice
Rebecca Rudolph and Catherine Johnson wanted to create a relaxed neighborhood hangout at the new Superba Snack Bar in Venice. The design includes a communal table inside, a friendly street-side patio outside and design ideas that customers could take home.

The interior of Superba Snack Bar features an open kitchen and one wall lined with wallpaper by L.A. artist Geoff McFetridge. The pattern consists of holding hands -- part of the community motif running through the restaurant. Pink appears as a soft accent in various places, including a restroom door.
