J.C. Penney's latest collaborative collections are limited-edition accessories lines by Vivienne Tam, Jenny Packham (pictured) and Lulu Guinness that range in price from $8 to $65. All three designers have created assorted bags (from tech cases and clutches to cosmetic totes). British designer Jenny Packham, known for her glamorous gowns, has designed sparkly hair pins, a photo frame and jewelry cases (pictured) that double as gift boxes.
