NBC’s ‘About a Boy’ makes space for character traits

For the NBC comedy “About a Boy,” production designer Steven Jordan has created a San Francisco duplex that reflects two characters’ opposing personalities. Will’s (David Walton) space is loft-like with a modern kitchen, new moldings and a concrete fireplace.
