The Modernist home, named for original owner Lou Scheimer of Filmation fame, sits on a promontory of close to three acres with 360-degree views of the surrounding area. An interior waterfall and a reflecting pool are among water-oriented of the 1972 home designed by Dion Neutra. Walls of floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors inside. A total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms are within 5,500 square feet on two stories.
