Lucky jeans execs sell 1920s Italianate home in Beverly Hills for $8.84 million

Lucky Brand chief David DeMattei and executive vice president Patrick Wade sold the renovated 1920s Italianate-style home in the 700 block of North Rexford Drive for $8,842,569, or about $610,000 less than the asking price.
