‘American Idol’s’ Rudy Cardenas buys $325,000 home in Van Nuys
Is there life after “American Idol”? For Rudy Cardenas, a Season 6 contestant, there is home buying, anyway.
He has become a first-time homeowner with the purchase of a three-bedroom, 1 1/2 -bathroom bank-owned home in Van Nuys for about $325,000.
There is a fireplace in the living room of the 1,460-square-foot home and a grass yard. The home, built in 1954, is on a tree-lined street in the Valley Glen area.
Cardenas, 31, was a top 24 semifinalist on the Fox show in 2007.
The listing agent was Andrew Manning at Prudential Sherman Oaks office. Jennifer Niman of the same office represented Cardenas.
