Foreign official cedes Malibu home to Justice Department

A top leader of Equatorial Guinea will give up a house in Malibu, a crystal-studded glove once worn on tour by Michael Jackson and other property totaling $31 million to settle a claim by federal prosecutors that he profited from official corruption.
