Joanna Mireles scored the first goal early in the second half for host Canoga Park (5-3-1, 3-2-1). Poly (4-1-1) tied the game one minutes later.

Jessica Amaya had a goal and an assist, and Veronica Cortez and Tania Altamirano also scored for host Grant (8-5-1, 6-0).

Hollywood 1, North Hollywood 1
Katherine Chen scored the tie-making goal in the second half to lift host North Hollywood (3-12-3, 2-3-1). Natalie Santos scored one goal in first half for Hollywood, which is 0-5-1 in league.

WEST VALLEY LEAGUE

Chatsworth 2, Taft 0
Shawna Williams scored in the 40th minute and Michelle Ahern added another in the 76th minute for Chatsworth (7-6-4, 3-2-1). Ahern assisted on Williams’ goal just before halftime.

Vivi-Ana Bergson and Samantha Henry each scored two goals for LACES (6-1-2, 5-0-1).

EASTERN LEAGUE

Bell 2, LA Jordan 0
Gabriela Zarate scored in the first half and Bertha Romain added the other goal with ten minutes left in the game for Bell. Goalie Daisy Uribe made six saves for her ninth shutout.

South Gate 4, Garfield 3
Grecia Marques scored two goals, including the game-winner with four minutes left to break a 3-3 tie, for host South Gate (6-0 league).

Van Nuys 5, Sylmar 0
Megan Plaskow had three goals and one assist, Porsha Woolfork tallied two goals and one assist and keeper Brenda Romero made six saves, recording her third shutout of the year, to lead host Van Nuys (10-5-2, 4-1-1) past Sylmar (2-2-2 in league).

Ada Canizalez scored two goals and Raquel Villanueva made six saves for her her eighth shutout to lead host Belmont (11-3-2, 6-1-1).

Jessica Amaya and Edilma Perez each had a goal and keeper Angie Iraheta made eight saves and recorded her eighth shutout of the season for visiting Grant (7-5-1, 5-0). North Hollywood is 3-12-2, 2-3 in league.

WEST VALLEY LEAGUE

Shawna Williams had two goals and Megan Moreno and Michelle Ahern each had one to lead host Chatsworth (6-6-4, 2-2-1). Williams, a junior forward, has a team-high 11 goals this season. Ahern is second on the team with seven goals. Moreno has two. Sophomore goalkeeper Morgan Liggera made eight saves in her fourth shutout.

El Camino Real 4, Cleveland 0
Amy Sloan had two goals and Nicole Connolly and Jennifer Smuckler each had one goal for El Camino Real (14-3-1, 5-0), which has won six consecutive games. Sloan’s goals were her third and fourth of the season. Kandice McLaughlin leads the Conquistadores with 14 goals and Nikki Walberg is second on the team with seven.

Taft 0, Granada Hills 0
Taft (9-4-3, 1-2-2) missed a penalty kick in the second half and visiting Granada Hills (4-0-1) missed one in the first half. Taft, which was outshot 8-5, has never beaten Granada Hills in league play.

Alex Michael scored two goals and Sara Newman, Lauren Cutler, Tia Lebherz and Morgan Peters each added a goal for host Palisades (8-2-1, 5-1). Palisades goaie Laura Bailey made two saves for her second shutout of Westchester this season.

Alex Mann scored three goals and Kayla Case and Monica Chhan each added a goal for Venice (6-7, 2-4) at University (0-6 in league). Goalie Ana Antonio made seven saves for Venice.
