Become a fantasy sports guru at Vegas summer conference

An estimated 41 million Americans and Canadians take part in fantasy sports every year, at least according to Fantasy Sports Trade Association. Those fans shell out an estimated $1.71 billion in league fees in America.
So it makes sense that there would be a conference that would help those fans hone their fantasy prowess.

The Fantasy Sports Combine heads to Wynn Las Vegas July 17-19 with an all-star roster of speakers sharing strategies across the spectrum of fantasy games. Just announced, ESPN’s senior fantasy sports analyst Matthew Berry, aka “Talented Mr. Roto.”

Other speakers include former NFL coaches Mike Shanahan and Mike Ditka and fantasy commentators John Hansen of DirecTV and Sirius XM and Brad Evans of Yahoo Sports. NFL stars such as Brandon Marshall, Von Miller, Miles Austin, Michael Floyd, Kyle Orton and Brandon Stokley, former NBA point guard Chauncey Billups and former MLB All Star Adam Dunn will also be on hand.

Aside from strategizing, the conference offers coaches analyzing game film and a re-creation of a professional football war room plus draft day tips. Even baseball and basketball strategies make the agenda.

Tickets to the conference start at $995, although those who get in early pay $895. Go VIP for $8,900 and get one-on-one meetings and dinners with coaches, players, fantasy experts and media as well as limo transportation and chichi accommodations.
