American Pharoah: In the June 8 Sports section, a column said that Seattle Slew won horse racing’s Triple Crown in 1973. In fact, Seattle Slew became the 10th Triple Crown winner in 1977.

Dodgers channel: An article in the June 5 Business section about Charter Communications’ plans to carry the Dodgers channel was accompanied by a photo of Dodger Chris Hatcher pitching in a game that the caption identified as being in April 2013. The game was April 6, 2015.
