George Shi’s daughter, Donglei, was slain nearly two years ago, her strangled body found in an Alhambra park. He is offering a reward of $200,000 to anyone who helps find the killer. He prints notices in Chinese and Vietnamese newspapers and posts fliers on trees and walls around Alhambra. Read full story
