In Nov. 2011, the Los Angeles County Sheriff¿s Department reopened its case into the 1981 death of actress Natalie Wood.
The lifeguard captain who helped pull Natalie Wood's body from the water 30 years ago said he still believes the actress could have been saved had officials begun the search for her earlier.
Lana Wood said she's pleased that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has reopened the case.
