The corruption trial of former Gov. Rod Blagojevich consumed the summer of 2010 and concluded on August 17. After 14 days of deliberations, the six-man, six-woman jury convicted Blagojevich on just one of the 24 felony counts he faced -- a charge that he had lied to FBI agents about his intense involvement in campaign fundraising.

Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich enters the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse. The federal jury in former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's trial has reached a verdict on only two counts in the case and is deadlocked on others, U.S. District Judge James Zagel announced in court today. The jury still hasn't deliberated on wire fraud counts, the judge announced in court. Zagel said he would instruct the jury to continue to deliberate on the wire fraud counts.
