I worked for Maj. Richardson as a younger Marine. He was and is a hero to me. After retiring from the Corps I have used him as an example for the best person I have ever worked for in my life. His name has been heard as far as New Zealand when I used his example to others about what proper leadership was in life. I always thought of him when making decicisions as a manager. Later when my life fell apart and I decided to move back to the States, I was on a plane with my last dollar. My brother offered to put me up in Arkansas, so I headed to his home near the Air Force base in Little Rock Arkanasas. I was sitting in the airport in Texas feeling sorry for myself, when I saw a man looking at me. He was very fit and muscular, but older. I thought he looked like an older version on Col. Richardson. He kept staring at me and I thought, my God this is Col. Richardson. I never went up to him because I was to ashamed to show him the man I had become after all these years, so I looked away. After I got to my brothers and moved on a bit, I googled his name hoping to appologize for n t saying hello. It was then I found your video and realized he had physically gone home in 2006. This is 2011, so I was shocked. When I watched your video, I felt deep pain.
God Bless Rita. I have someting to say about your husband ma
