An Orange County Superior Court jury found Ryan Eric Galliher, 33, guilty of engaging in lewd conduct, six counts of indecent exposure, attempting a lewd act on a child under 14 and contacting a minor with the intent to commit a lewd act, according to the Orange County district attorney’s office.

Galliher exposed himself to girls and women ranging from 12 to 80 years old between Feb. 27 and Oct. 20, 2014, authorities said.

At the time of the incidents, he was an LAPD officer assigned to the Southwest Division. He was on administrative leave since being charged in November 2014.

The incidents occurred while Galliher was off duty near the Bolsa Chica wetlands entrance near Bolsa Chica Street and Los Patos Avenue in Huntington Beach.

Huntington Beach police said they arrested Galliher on Oct. 23, 2014, after detectives saw him commit a lewd act on an open pathway. No one else was in the area, police said.
