The Rams forced a fumble, recovered it and secured a 9-3 victory over the Seahawks in their return to Los Angeles.
Case Keenum finished the game in the victory formation.
Prior to the turnover, Russell Wilson started the drive with a spectacular 53-yard strike to Tyler Lockett, to put the Seahawks on the Rams' 35-yard line.
But the defensive line stepped up again.
Pressure on first down forced Wilson to shuffle out a pass that fell incomplete, crowd noise backed them up on the next play with Jimmy Graham false starting and then Doug Baldwin caught a five-yard pass.
Wilson completed a five-yard pass to Christine Michael on third down, Mark Barron forced the fumble and Alec Ogletree recovered.
