New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has vetoed a bill that would have reduced the capacity of gun magazines from 15 to 10 bullets, a small change that in the heated atmosphere surrounding gun issues is enough to raise the political temperature. Gun-control advocates and Democrats had pushed the bill as a way to hinder gunmen who would have to reload more often.
