ABC's "How to Get Away With Murder" continued to kill in the ratings Thursday night, while all the new network shows got off to slow starts, according to early numbers from Nielsen. "Murder," now in its second week, averaged 11.7 million viewers, making it the most-watched nonsports program of the night. It earned a rating of 3.2 in the key 18-to-49-year-old demographic. That's down about 16% from its premiere, marking a solid week-to-week hold for the new series starring Viola Davis. ABC's beltway drama "Scandal" pulled in a 3.3 rating in 18-49, amid 10.41 million viewers overall, while "Grey's Anatomy" earned a 2.6 and 9.1...
