Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill marks its 10th anniversary this month, demonstrating the celebrity chef’s staying power in Las Vegas, where restaurants come and go. To celebrate, the Southwest-themed restaurant at Caesars Palace is offering a special, fixed-price menu, but only through Tuesday.
