Pete Rose of Big Red Machine fame has hustled a deal in Sherman Oaks, selling his longtime residence for $1.96 million. The gated home, built in Spanish style in 1999, features a two-story floor plan with hardwood flooring, skylights and wrought-iron railings. The 4,719 square feet of living space includes an entry hall, a formal living room, a den/office, six bedrooms and 4.75 baths. Outdoors, the quarter-acre grounds contain a swimming pool and spa, a covered patio and a detached multi-use structure.
