For the second year in a row, Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell has a suspension from the NFL reduced before the regular season starts.
Bell was suspended three games by the NFL on Friday for violating the league’s substance abuse policy, the league announced. The suspension was reduced from four games upon appeal.
Bell reportedly missed multiple drug tests, which is a violation of the league’s policy. Bell offered an apology in an Instagram post shortly after the suspension was announced, a post he later deleted.
