LPGA golfer Natalie Gulbis buys in Newport Beach

Professional golfer Natalie Gulbis and her husband, Power Balance co-founder Josh Rodarmel, have purchased a town home in Newport Beach for $1.4 million in an all-cash deal. Found near China Cove in Corona del Mar, the property includes an updated kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,500 square feet of living space. Among the features is a front courtyard and a master suite with a fireplace. A rooftop deck offers views extending from city to Catalina Island.
