Songwriter Alan Rhody to perform his own creations in Mount Dora

MOUNT DORA — Singer and songwriter Alan Rhody stopped his performance in Apalachicola last Saturday so he and his audience could watch the Belmont Stakes to see if American Pharoah could pull off a Triple Crown win. After all, his latest album, "Led by Love," includes a single, "The Kentucky Derby Waltz."
