Grown-ups can be so mean.
An example was seen at the Penguins-Sabres game in Pittsburgh on Thursday night. Buffalo Coach Dan Bylsma, in his first game back at Consol Energy Center since being fired by the Pens in April 2014, tossed a puck over the glass to a little boy standing on the stairs behind the Sabres bench.
Or at least that's what Bylsma intended to do. Check out what happened after the coach turned his back.
In case you're having trouble believing your eyes, this is what you just saw: a grown man leaning in, snatching the puck just as it was about to land in the tyke's hands and stuffing it into his own pocket.
